May to June : 6.45 am to 1.00

Vacations
During an academic year Summer Vacation will be for 30 days in May - June and
Durga Pooja vacation for 10 days and winter vacation for 10 days.
Examination
Two terminal tests are conducted during the academic year :
(i) First Terminal Examination - August
(ii) Second Terminal Examination - December
(iii) Annual Examination - March
(A) Besides the above, monthly tests are conducted.
(B) The marks obtained in all these examinations are added up for the final
promotion of the child to next class. A child must get minimum 40% marks in each
subject for promotion. It is imperative that the child must pass in Annual Exam
for promotion to the next class. 75% attendance is essential to appear at the
annual exam. Parents are kept regularly informed of their wards’ academic
progress, participation in co-curricular activities and project works.
Uniform
Summer : Up to std. IV Striped
Shirt (Half Sleeve), Dark Grey half pant (length of half pant must be up to just
2” above knees), std. V & on wards trousers black shoes, dark grey socks, belt,
badge and tie grey with white stripe. White shirt, white pant, white keds for
P.T. days.
Winter :Blazer (Deep Grey), Grey Sweater, Trouser & dark grey, white shirt-full
sleeve. Striped shirt full sleeve.
School Prayer
To inculcate moral values in
the students, the school starts each working day with morning assembly when the
students recite prayer and the National Anthem. The morning assembly ends with
inspiring and educative talks. Stress is laid on the universally appreciated
aspects of Indian Culture and eternal human values.
Parents Day
Parents-Teachers meet is scheduled on the
10th of every month. The meet is aimed at establishing a cordial relationship
between the parents and staff and to discuss the development & problems of the
students.
Parents Visit To Campus
Parents and other authorized persons are
requested to identify themselves in the Parents’ Identification Register with
photograph so that they can visit their wards in the campus once a month. Such
visits will be permitted on the 2nd Sunday of every month between 10 A.M. & 4
P.M. Such persons will only be authorized by the school management to receive
their wards on holidays and other occasion
Withdrawal
If a guardian intends to withdraw his ward from the school,
he/she may do so after giving one month prior notice to the
school or one month’s fee in lieu thereof. If he/she fails to
do so, Caution Money will be forfeited. School authorities may
ask, without any prior notice to the parents, to withdraw the
child from the school on any of the following grounds :
(i) Constant neglect of studies by the student.
(ii) Student’s conduct is found detrimental to the interest of
the school.
(iii) Student is found medically unfit and/or is a health
hazard to other students.
