Summer (Mar. to Jun.) : 7:30 am to 1:00 pm
Rainy (Jul. to Oct.)

Winter (Nov. to Feb.) : 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Vacations :
During an academic year, Summer Vacation is scheduled for 37 days in May-June and Durga
Pooja Vacation for 10 days and Winter vacation for 15 days. Parents are informed
by post in advance about the date of commencement of the Vacation / Holiday. It
is compulsory for all parents to take their ward(s) from the school in vacation.
However they are not allowed to collect their ward(s) prior to the vacation. It
is also compulsory for students to report on the day of reopening of the school
after each vacation.
A strict regulation on departure and reporting timings between 8 am to 4 pm
before and after vacation is followed.
Examination :
Two terminal Examinations based on CCE Pattern as per the
norms of CBSE :
First
Terminal Examination : September
Second
Terminal Examination : March
Besides above, weekly tests are conducted
& final result is
prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in Four Formative and Two
Summative Examination. Regularity is given utmost importance. 80%
attendance in a full academic session is essential for promotion in next
class .
Parents are regularly informed of their ward's academic progress, participation in
co-curricular activities and project works through the monthly gazettes.
Uniform
Summer :
LKG to
Std. I - Check pant with gallis and white pant (for boys). Check skirt with
gallis and white skirt (for girls). White shirt (half sleeves) black shoes,
white with dark stripe socks, white keds for PT days.
Std. II to IV
- Dark grey half pant and white half pant, length must be just 2" above the
knees (for boys). Dark grey skirt and white skirt (for girls). Grey striped
shirt and white shirt (half sleeves), black shoes, white with dark striped
socks, belt and tie. White keds for PT days.
Std. V & above
(Girls upto std. X & boys up to std. XII) - Grey trousers and white trousers
(for boys), grey skirt and white skirt, length up to the knees (for girls). Grey
striped shirt and white shirt (half sleeves), black shoes, white with dark
striped socks, belt and tie. White keds for PT days (for all).
Senior
Secondary - Girls (Std. IX & XII) Grey striped kurta (half sleeves) white salwar,
white dupatta, black shoes, white with dark striped socks. White keds for PT
days.
Winter :
LKG to Std. I -
Grey full sleeves sweater and grey cap (for all). Check trouser and white
trousers (for boys), slacks (white and black for girls). Rest of the uniform as
usual.
Std. II to IV -
Grey full sleeves sweater and grey cap (for all). Grey trousers and white
trousers (for boys), grey skirt and slacks (white & black for girls). Shoes and
socks as usual.
Std. V to XII -
Navy blue blazer for all. Grey cap for boys up to Std. XII and girls up to Std. V.
Grey scarf for girls from Std. VI to XII. Grey trousers and white trousers (for
boys), grey skirt up to Std. X with slacks (black & white). Grey striped shirt
and white shirt (full sleeves) for all up to Std. XII except girls of senior
secondary section (XI & XII). Rest of the uniform as usual.
School Prayer :
To inculcate moral values in
the students, the school starts each working day with morning assembly when the
students recite prayer and the National Anthem. The morning assembly ends with
inspiring and educative talks. Stress is laid on the universally appreciated
aspects of Indian Culture and eternal human values.
Parents Day :
Parents-Teachers
meet is scheduled after each terminal examination. The meet is aimed at
establishing a cordial relationship between the parents and staff and to discuss
the development & problems of the students.
Parents Visit To Campus :
Parents and
other authorised persons can visit their wards in the campus twice in a month.
Such visit is permitted on the 2nd and 4th
Sunday of a month between 10 am to 4 pm. Such persons will only be authorised by
the school management to receive their wards on holidays and other occasions.
Withdrawal
If a guardian intends to withdraw his/her ward from the
school, he/she may do so after giving one month's prior
notice to the school or one month's fee in lieu thereof. If
he/she fails to do so, Caution Money will be forfeited.
School
authorities may ask, without any prior notice to the parents, to withdraw the
child from the school on any of the following grounds :
a) Constant neglect of studies by the students.
b)
Student's conduct is found detrimental to the interest of the school.
c) Student is found medically unfit and is a health hazard to other students.
