Admission Process

Grizzly Vidyalaya are run on co-educational lines.  The academic year commences in the month of April  every year.  Admission is permissible at the beginning of each session i.e. 15th March to 15th April for Class LKG to XII. Regarding fees and other charges at the time of admission a structure is available with the prospectus. 

The candidates should appear for admission along with duly filled in Admission Form and Transfer Certificate or SLC from the previous school attended or Birth Certificate from Municipal Committee/Board/ Corporation.

Admission for class XI (2009-10)

Registration Form for admission to CLASS XI (SCIENCE) are available at the school counter from 30.05.2009  to 13.06.2009  on cash payment of Rs. 300/= on all working days between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on production of marsheet /Internet marksheet. Registration forms dully filled in must be submitted along with a photographs and photocopy of marksheet latest by 16.06.2009. Tuition fee shall remain exempted of those students who have secured 85% and above.

Interview

The School reserves the right to give the student a test in GK, English, and Mathematics.  Tests given would be for the classes sought.  No prior preparation would be required.  The decision of the school management on all matters pertaining to the admission process and payment of fees will be final and binding on all concerned.  Admissions will be based on interview.

General Details

1. Fees are payable in advance as follows:-

   • For the months of April - April

   • For the months of May & June - May

   • For the months of July, August & September - July

   • For the months of October, Nov. & Dec - October

   • For the months Jan, Feb & March - January

2. Fees should be deposited in advance by the 10th of every month failing which a fine of Rs. 50/ Rs.20/ will be imposed for every month in default. (Boarders Rs. 50/= and Day Scholar Rs.20/=)

3. If fees are not paid for two consecutive months, the name of the students will be struck off the roll of the school.

4. Fees payment may be made by Money Order., Bank Draft or Cash. In case of Bank draft it should be payable to Grizzly Vidyalaya, SBI, Sainik School
   Tilaiya Branch (Code - 3502).

5.  School maintains a policy of 10% increment in monthly fee every year.
