Admission Process

Grizzly Vidyalaya run on co-educational lines.  The academic year commences on the month of April, every year.  Admission is permissible at the beginning of each session, from 15th March to 15th April.   

The candidate has to appear for admission test along with duly filled in registration form. The School reserves the right to give the student a test in GK, English, and Mathematics.  Tests given would be for the classes sought.  No prior preparation would be required. The Students after qualifying the admission test and the interview has to submit following documents along with duly filled admission form:

 1. Original Transfer Certificate or SLC from the previous school attended

or

    Xerox of Birth Certificate from Municipal Committee/Board/ Corporation.

2. Five passport size photographs of student.

3. Three stamp size visitor's photographs (optional)

4. Two stamp size photographs of parents.

5. Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (optional).

6. Original Migration Certificate for Std. XI.

Admission (2012-13)

Registration Form for admission to CLASS KG  to I (Day Schooling Only) & Std. II to VII for Boarders are available at the school counter. Admission in Std. XI will commence  after 30.05.2012 on all working days between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on production of grade sheet .

1. Fees are payable in advance as follows:-

   • For the months of April - April

   • For the months of May & June - May

   • For the months of July, August & September - July

   • For the months of October, Nov. & Dec - October

   • For the months Jan, Feb & March - January

2. Fees for respective month should be deposited before 15th of the month or late payment will be subject to late fine as mentioned below :

3. If fees are not paid for two consecutive months, the name of the students will be struck off the roll of the school.

4. Fees payment may be through Bank Draft/Core Banking/Cash . In case of Bank draft /Core Banking it should be payable to Grizzly Vidyalaya

5. School maintains a policy of minimum 10% increment in monthly fee every year. Annual Charge may be amended.
