At Grizzly, We attempt to create an environment which is conducive for learning so that all children feel able and encouraged to become successful learners. Life is now a cut throat competition and change is inevitable. Understanding this, the school is conscious that mere intellectual growth is not enough to excel in life. Thus the overall school program aims to give the students maximum exposure and inculcates in them the skills and values that will help them to face challenges in future.


Mr. Manish Kapsime

There is one absolute fact in the universe, that is "change is only constant" and true mastership lies in managing the change. The journey of Grizzly Vidyalaya hasn’t been smooth . The path of glory was full of erratic situations which were effectively managed by Mr. Manish Kapsime. Grizzly Vidyalaya is not just a building, it is countless number of hours put in to give it a foundation. Mr. Manish Kapsime is one of the eminent personality in Koderma, who has given his firm guidance and mentorship in the process of building of Grizzly Vidyalaya.

Our aim at Grizzly is to provide a warm and caring environment where children thrive. The school aims to provide opportunities for children to develop their intellectual, physical, social and cultural skills. We aim to provide all children with an education program that is relevant, inspiring and caters to their individual needs. Most importantly, at the school, we are a team of dedicated teachers and staff committed to the welfare of the children. For us teaching is a passion.

Mr. Ashraf Khan

Administrator

An organization is perfectly integrated system whose functioning to a great extent depends on management skill of its manager. Mr. Ashraf Khan looks after the management of Grizzly Vidyalaya and he has been doing it with utmost sincerity. He treats his work as worship. He is B.Com. (Hons.) in accounts. A health conscious person, an excellent badminton player and a man of discipline, are few words that properly sums him up as an individual. His skill as a badminton player has won his doubles and single championship at district level. He has worked as Jt. Secretary Koderma Badminton Association for five years and Treasurer, Koderma District Association for one year.

Mr.V. K. Singh

Sr. Secondary Co-ordinator (Science)

Mr. V.K.Singh is M.Sc. (Zoology), B.Ed., having 15 years of teaching experience as PGT, Biology. He is a man of versatile talent. An expert mentor and unbelievable counselor who firmly believes that innovation in teaching methodologies can ease the process of learning. He is a hard task master and a strict disciplinarian, extremely skilled in co- curricular activities. A man with charismatic personality and contagious smile, inspires the students, the teachers and the whole teaching- learning process. A true sportsman who relentlessly contributes to school volleyball and football teams. He has time and again displayed his unparalleled administrative skills to shape and reshape the performance of the school. A very perseverant and patient man who ardently believes that passion and compassion can win them all. A true leader who leads by example.

Mr. J. K. Choudhary

Senior Secondary Co-ordinator (Commerce)

Mr. Jitendra Kumar Choudhary is a teacher having 19 years of teaching experience in various educational institutions ranging from School, College and Professional Institutes. He has been an ex-faculty of IGNOU, ICMAI (Institute of Cost & Management Accounts), St. Andrews Institute of Technology and Management (Evening College), IMS etc. He has been a mentor, a role model, a guide and a friend to thousands of student throughout his teaching career. He is the one who has instilled among the students the value of learning and help them to become a better individual in life. He has himself been badminton champion in School and College and has always encouraged his students to participate in sports for their all round development. His positive attitude and positive energy is contagious for everybody around him including students and other staff members and is an inspiration for them.

Mr. B.D. Naskar

Secondary Co-ordinator

He is M.Com. He likes reading informative books, whenever free. He lives on the principle of "Devotion To Work is Key To Success" and inspires his students to live life with dignity and a positive attitude.

Mr. Sakindar Kumar

Middle Section Coordinator

Mr. Sakindar Kumar is B.Sc. , B.Ed., having 6 years of teaching experience as TGT, Maths. He is a young and dynamic classroom facilitator who believes a teacher is not a sage on the stage but a guide on the side. Seeing the paradigm shift in the teaching- learning arena, he has kept himself in a flux and managed to evolve as the need of the time. He has very effective classroom methodology that has helped to ward off the Maths Phobia from the minds of the students. Off the classroom, Mr. Sakindar is a true sportsman has outperformed in various outdoor sports like cricket, football and volleyball. His interests in sports do turn him into a sports coach on the field and he is often seen guiding the students. His administrative acumen came to the fore when he was given the responsibility of subject coordinator. He handled it with due diligence and honesty that helped the Mathematics department reach a higher level. He has a way with the pupils and knows very well how to bring love for literacy in them. He believes that the only thing that is in a teacher’s control is his efforts and that is all and that is everything.

Mr. T.R. Choudhury

Primary Co-Ordinator

An organization is a perfectly integrated system whose functioning to a great extent depends on leadership skill of its leader. Mr. Tushar Roy Choudhury looks after the Primary Section of Grizzly Vidyalaya. He is an M.A. in History with D.El.Ed. and B.Ed. Besides these he is excellent in Calligraphy, Fine Art and English Stenography. He treats his work as Worship. He is having a teaching experience of almost 20 years and as a Co-ordinator he is working since 2009 till date.He is very energetic and a man of action.

Mrs.Priti Jagnani

Pre Primary Co-Ordinator

The first five years experience contributes to the most rapid changes in child’s life and are critical in a child's development. Children develop rapidly during this phase; physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. This period is the foundation age of learning. Mrs. Priti Jagnani is a Pre-Primary Co-ordinator in Grizzly Vidyalaya. She is a graduate with D.El.Ed. She has a long experience in dealing with the tiny tots. She focuses on active child centered exploratory learning experiences and aims at empowering children to become leaders of their own learning by pursuing their interests, curiosity and their natural quest for knowledge- leading to enquiry, investigation, discovery and active hands-on exploration. For her LOVE as a catalyst ignites LEARNING and the two always walk hand in hand.
