SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026–27
The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026–27 , an initiative of the SBI Foundation, aims to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from economically weaker families across India and support them in continuing their education.
It is hereby notified to the students of Classes 9 to 12 that registration for the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026–27 is open . Eligible students are advised to complete their applications on or before 04/09/2026.
Eligibility Criteria
• Students must be studying in Class 9, 10, 11 or 12.
• The applicant must have secured a minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.
• For SC/ST students, the minimum academic requirement is 65% marks.
• For PwBD students, the minimum academic requirement is 60% marks.
• The annual family income must not exceed ₹3,00,000.
Documents Required
• Previous/latest academic marksheet
• Government-issued photo identity proof, such as Aadhaar Card
• Recent passport-size photograph
• School bonafide/admission proof or other proof of enrolment
• Family income proof, such as an income certificate
• Bank passbook/bank account details
• Caste certificate, wherever applicable
• Disability certificate, wherever applicable
Scholarship Benefit
Selected students studying in Classes 9 to 12 will receive a scholarship of up to ₹15,000 per year.
How to Apply
Step 1: Visit the official SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship portal : - www.sbiashascholarship.co.in
Step 2: Click on “Apply Now”.
Step 3: Create an account or log in using your registered credentials.
Step 4: Select the School Students (Classes 9–12) scholarship category.
Step 5: Complete the application form carefully and enter all required details.
Step 6: Upload clear copies of the required documents.
Step 7: Review the application carefully, accept the terms and conditions, and submit the application.
Step 8: Save/download the application details for future reference.
Important Note
• 50% of the seats are reserved for female students, according to the official scholarship portal.
• Students should ensure that all information and uploaded documents are correct and genuine.
• Once the application is submitted, changes may not be possible.
• Shortlisted applicants may be contacted for further verification/interview before final selection.
